The first module on Display is a press loading and unloading operation using the M6. Ordinary robot loading and unloading is now very common, but the special feature of this module is that the given conditions of robot loading and unloading are not constant and consistent: such as inconsistent types of left and right workpieces, inconsistent positions of front and rear workpieces, and so on. At this time, the robot needs to perceive and judge the workpiece in real time in order to make the loading and unloading accurate, and it needs to tell the press what action to perform between the loading and unloading. This can be achieved because the M6 ​​is equipped with a visual sensor as standard, which can accurately locate the workpiece through QR code recognition, and can also identify the object parts through the information capture of shape and color, so as to select the optimal grasping point, etc. Wait. Through these external perception, information acquisition and autonomous judgment, the intelligent decision-making of the robot can be fully exerted, so that the automatic operation efficiency of loading and unloading when the given conditions are not constant and consistent is not reduced.

Dr. Li said that loading and unloading under this unstructured scenario (the given conditions are not constant) is widely used in metal processing, rubber and plastic products and other industries, and the application of M6 in these scenarios has unique advantages;

The second module shows the schematic scene of spraying, assembling and grinding with M6. There will be spray guns, tightening machines, grinding heads and corresponding workpieces on display, indicating that M6 can already be used in multi-field applications in various scenarios, and in addition to its drag and teach function, it greatly facilitates customers and reflects its ease of use. In addition; its standard ground torque sensor has unique advantages in assembly, grinding and other fields.

Dr. Li said that the application of M6 in multiple scenarios and fields shows its wide adaptability and ease of use, and it can be used in bathroom, automobile, decoration and other industries like a duck to water.

The third module is the demonstration area, with two robots, one for picking and placing small tools, and the other for palletizing U disk boxes.
