From the perspective of the macro environment of the manufacturing industry, in August, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 5.3% year-on-year in real terms (the growth rates of added value below are the actual growth rates after deducting price factors), an increase of 11.2% compared with the same period in 2019, and the two-year average An increase of 5.4%. From a month-on-month perspective, in August, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 0.31% over the previous month. From January to August, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 13.1% year-on-year, with an average growth rate of 6.6% in the two years.

In August, the added value of the equipment manufacturing industry increased by 5.8% year-on-year, with an average growth of 8.3% in the two years, which was 0.5 and 2.9 percentage points higher than that of all industries above designated size. Among them, the electronics, metal products, electrical machinery and other industries increased by 13.3%, 11.8% and 10.3% respectively year-on-year, continuing to maintain double-digit growth.

Driven by factors such as the acceleration of 5G construction, the growth in demand for consumer electronics and automotive electronics, and the increase in industrial automation rates, the output of emerging products has shown a rapid growth trend. In August, the output of industrial robots, integrated circuits, and service robots increased by 57.4%, 39.4%, and 38.7% year-on-year, respectively.

The differentiated and rapid growth of the manufacturing industry, boosted by industrial automation and digital transformation, the robot industry has grown rapidly. Foreign leading manufacturers directly benefited from the recovery of downstream demand, and their shipments to China maintained a high growth trend. Among them, Fanuc, YAMAHA, and Stäubli were the main representatives; domestic manufacturers were Estun, Topstar, Xinshi The robot business represented by Da, Inovance Technology, Canop, etc. has achieved substantial growth.

On September 11, Xin Guobin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out at the 6th World Robot Conference that the comprehensive strength of China’s industrial robots has continued to increase, the industrial scale has grown rapidly, and the market has ranked first in the world for eight consecutive years. %.

In recent years, the process of independent research and development of industrial robots in my country has accelerated, the application field has expanded to more industries, and the rate of autonomy of core components of industrial robots has continued to increase. In addition, at the level of robot application, facing the actual needs of intelligent transformation and upgrading in various industries, robot companies continue to innovate products and solutions.

At present, the Robot Industry is continuing to expand and deepen into traditional industry applications and high-end applications. Domestic industrial robots have been widely used in 47 industry categories and 129 industries, including aerospace, shipbuilding, automobiles, engines and other high-end manufacturing industries.

It is worth mentioning that, in order to further promote the development of industrial robots in China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is taking the lead in formulating the “14th Five-Year” robot industry development plan, and will actively promote the opening of robots to more application scenarios, which has formed a large-scale in automobiles, electronics, etc. The field of application will be further cultivated, and the needs of mining, construction, agriculture, medical rehabilitation and other fields will be met, and new application products and solutions will be developed and expanded.

At the same time, for specific sub-scenarios, links and fields, robot system integrators are encouraged to develop advanced, applicable and easy-to-promote customized solutions. Encourage user units and robot companies to jointly carry out technical experiments and verification, support all parties to jointly build a robot application promotion platform, and promote the precise connection between robot companies and the application industry.
