SUPCON Hengdian’s first domestic wind turbine master control system was successfully put into operation
The self-controllable wind turbine main control system developed by SUPCON Hengdian Wind Energy Control Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SUPCON Hengdian”) was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation in Hebei Dongxinying Wind Farm.
Dongxinying Wind Farm is one of the projects of the million-kilowatt wind power base in the Bashang area of Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province. The wind farm site is located in a low mountain and hilly area in the southwest of Guyuan County, Zhangjiakou City, with an altitude of 1650m~1860m, a planned total area of about 300km², and a construction scale of 400MW. It will be constructed in stages.
The successful commissioning of the domestic wind turbine main control system indicates that SUPCON has provided an independent, controllable, safe and reliable solution for my country’s wind power control system.
The system is the first home-made self-controllable fan main control system. It adopts the MCU6013 controller independently developed by the central control technology and has a complete product supply chain. The self-controllable rate reaches 100%. The central control technology has successfully extended its mature products and independent controllability in thermal power, chemical and other fields to the wind power industry.
The MCU6013 controller is developed by Central Control Technology for the wind power control industry. It adopts a high-performance quad-core processor with a main frequency of 2.0GHz. It has a variety of Industrial communication interfaces, supports IEC 61131-3 programming language and C/C++ programming language, and adopts wide temperature The design of strong anti-interference ensures the stable operation of the main control algorithm of the wind turbine under various working conditions and stable communication with other systems.
The domestic wind turbine main control system is equipped with the Linux operating system, adopts self-developed logic programming software, has a multi-task parallel operation mechanism, supports a variety of industrial communication protocols and free communication protocols, and meets the relevant requirements of the national power system in terms of openness, functionality and security. , All the underlying drivers are independently developed, with a high localization rate, and meet the requirements of power information security.
At present, wind energy has become one of the most widely developed and applied renewable energy due to its outstanding advantages such as abundant resources, environmental protection, high degree of automation of operation and management, and continuous reduction of kWh cost. In June this year, the National Development and Reform Commission of China, the National Energy Administration and others jointly issued the “14th Five-Year Plan for Renewable Energy Development”. The “Plan” clearly states that by 2025, the annual power generation of renewable energy will reach about 3.3 trillion kilowatt-hours, and the power generation of wind power and solar power will be doubled. In this context, the grid-connected operation of the main control system is of great significance.
