At the same time, in order to enable customers to use the new generation of products without any worries, Yaskawa extended the warranty period of Σ-X to three years, which comes from Yaskawa’s confidence in products and sincerity to customers.

With the support of product performance and quality assurance policy upgrades, our new products have received enthusiastic responses from the market and customers as soon as they came out. According to our statistics, since the official release of Σ-X, a replacement rate of 27% has been achieved in just one month, far exceeding expectations. It is expected to reach 50% by March, and a full replacement is expected to be achieved by the end of the year.
