In recent years, the manufacturing industry in Southeast Asia represented by Singapore has developed rapidly, and the development space of its Robots and intelligent equipment is also very broad. The successful implementation of related projects in Singapore has accumulated valuable experience for the promotion and implementation of SIASUN Logistics in foreign countries, especially in developed countries, and also demonstrated the technical strength of SIASUN and the enterprising spirit of SIASUN people.

The Singapore BD project aims to solve the logistics transportation, sorting and palletizing of finished medical devices produced in the factory of Singapore BD, a large multinational medical device enterprise, so as to improve work efficiency, reduce personnel costs, and realize the automation transformation in the factory area. This centralized automatic palletizing system will be combined with robots to replace manual carton stacking works.

There are about 15 categories of products produced in the project factory, which are divided into 28 kinds of product cartons. The cartons can be transported to the palletizing area through the elevator, belt conveyor and stainless steel roller conveyor connected to the production line respectively.

Before entering the palletizing area, all cartons pass through the visual camera to distinguish different carton product information by scanning codes or identifying graphics to ensure subsequent accurate sorting in the palletizing area, and the robot will stack the cartons on the pallet. .

Finally, the palletized pallets are transported by forklifts to the sterilization room with the finished products for sterilization, thus completing a palletizing cycle. Unqualified or unsuccessful information identification products will be removed through the final abnormal removal port, and will be processed regularly by manual workers.

In an area of ​​about 15 × 15 meters, the project breaks through the limitation of space by using the multi-level palletizing layout in a very small space through scientific configuration. At the same time, it adopts modular belt sorting equipment for high-efficiency right-angle sorting. The elevator, based on image visual recognition technology and long-distance carton conveying confluence control technology, realizes the layout and functional requirements of 2,000 pieces/hour conveying, sorting and palletizing of 17 kinds of products.

The technical and quality standards implemented by the equipment in the Singapore BD project are complex and strict. The standards implemented in this project not only meet the relevant domestic standards, but also meet the Singapore CP5 standard, and are also applicable to CE requirements. The implementation of this project has accumulated valuable international project implementation experience for SIASUN Intelligent Logistics, further enhanced the technical strength of SIASUN Intelligent Logistics, and laid a solid and powerful foundation for subsequent overseas market development.
