Based on the complete Industrial chain layout of INVT, INVT customized high and low voltage product solutions for Rizhao Iron and Steel. IPE300 and GD800 series were selected for low-voltage inverters, and GD5000 series were selected for high-voltage inverters.

CITIC Heavy Industry general contract lime kiln/rotary kiln project

In the Circular Economy Department of Rizhao Steel, CITIC Heavy Industries is the general contractor for the lime kiln/rotary kiln project, and the high and low voltage inverters used in the project are all provided by INVT. For the project, the on-site permanent magnet synchronous motor drive problem was solved, the centralized control and automatic control of equipment operation were realized, and the goal of energy saving in on-site operation was met.

Waste heat recovery and comprehensive utilization project of public facilities department

4 INVT high-voltage inverters were used to drive 4 main circulation pumps and 6 low-voltage inverters. The project had a tight schedule and the heating deadline was approaching. CDQ silo project in the transportation department of the plant

The CDQ silo project in the transportation department of the plant is generally contracted by CCID, the main equipment is belt conveyor application, and the frequency converters of the project are all provided by INVT. Realize the drive and automatic control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the system can adjust the operating speed of the equipment in real time according to the process requirements.

Domestic replacement

For some imported brand frequency converters used in the field, the supply of spare parts was abnormal due to reasons such as model discontinuation, resulting in a situation that affected production. INVT IPE300 series inverters have optimized the software for the replacement of imported brands, and added the corresponding function of seamless replacement, which can be quickly replaced on site without modifying the control system. Completed the application of replacement roller table and fan frequency converter in the long product manufacturing department of Risteel.

In 2022, the two parties will complete the signing of the annual agreement for low-voltage inverters and the annual agreement for UPS products.
