After pushing the sample tray into the intelligent testing platform, the robot will automatically start working; if the current automatic testing instrument is idle, the robot will give priority to sending the sample vials to the automatic testing equipment, and will instruct it to start testing.
2. Feed the vial into the sample tray to be tested
It takes 5-10 minutes for the automatic detection instrument to complete a sample detection; the robot will use this time to move the sample bottle in the sample tray to the sample tray to be tested, where it will wait in line for detection.
3. The robot sends the tested sample bottle to cleaning
After the automatic detection instrument completes the detection of a sample, the management system will notify the robot to remove the sample bottle and send it to the automatic cleaning equipment for cleaning. Then go to the sample tray to be tested and take another sample bottle and send it to the automatic testing instrument for testing.
In addition to the realization of an efficient and convenient fully automated testing laboratory, the most outstanding part of this solution lies in the intelligent hardware such as visual recognition, touch screen, scanner, RFID equipment, liquid level monitoring equipment, etc. in the robot and intelligent scene laboratory.
